Ayurvedic Bodywork Trainings

The Professional Ayurvedic Bodywork Training programs are designed for massage therapists, estheticians and Ayurvedic practitioners seeking to learn the art of traditional therapeutic Ayurvedic bodywork. Unlike large programs, these are designed to be intimate and experiential, with hands-on learning and interactive discussion with your teacher.

Brianne Beauregard was originally trained in Panchakarma therapies and advanced Ayurvedic bodywork in Pune, India with Dr. Vasant Lad, further training and working alongside Myrica Morningstar for nearly a decade. As a licensed esthetician with over 21 years of professional experience, she brings her knowledge of client care and wisdom of these ancient healing practices to each training.

Each training program is designed to provide you with direct experience and confidence to apply the tools you’ve learned to your client practice when you leave. As a student, you will be giving Ayurvedic bodywork and receiving each day, so you experience both roles as a practitioner and client. This will allow you to feel the benefits of what you will provide as a service.

Bri’s training was a 5-day immersive experience, which was an incredible way to learn the Abhyanga sequence. I left feeling confident, inspired, and excited for the future. Her teaching approach is equal parts direct and compassionate, which allowed for a loving and empowering educational experience. Her focus on bringing attention to all of the senses has left a profound mark on me. I left the training feeling more connected to my senses, Ayurveda, mantra, and the yogic tradition. In addition to learning amazing therapeutic techniques, I also learned a new understanding of presence as deep love. When presence is love, transitions and details are able to move fluidly through my body, and ultimately affect the client in a positive way. I’m incredibly grateful for Bri’s guidance, wisdom, humility, and commitment to sharing Ayurveda authentically.
